LadyLileth Posted September 10, 2013 Share Posted September 10, 2013 Hi Everyone! It's my first day starting the whole30. Just ate my first Whole30 dish for lunch. Hoping my body will feel overall better on this diet. I am very excited to start after reading ISWF. I am a busy full time student and part time employeed as an intern. Any suggestions for keeping on track? My current schedule this semester is all over the place so I has no consistant time to eat. I am hardly at home so I am very interested in how you guys/gals keep on track with a busy schedule?
