Starting Sept 11th

Hello, I am Kelly and I started today as well.  I have been trying to start but something (junk food) always gets in the way. 


I am good all day until after dinner, then the snack attack gets me and trying to figure out what is best for me at that time is hard.


My other big problem I have is my 8 year old twins that are not ready to give up the junk, so there is always something in the house that shouldn't be. :rolleyes:  


I currently workout with interval weights 3 days a week and then HIIT 3 days a week and nothing on the last day.


I need and want to do this and get clean!!
