joystas Posted September 12, 2013 Share Posted September 12, 2013 i have tried very similar programs like the paleo diet and other such eating plans. i know all of the ins and outs about eating real foods and about real health and inflammation in the body leading to all of the nations heart disease, etc. - i am very knowledgeable about all that. the reason i have yet to go more than three days completing any of the fore mentioned programs is that i have a SERIOUS food problem. im pretty addicted to food. my relationship with it has been completely thwarped from what God intended it to be. im going to need a lot of support getting my family to trust me that i am going to follow through. i am really excited and i hope that i can work Whole30 and get awesome results from it!! whos with me? Natalie M. Posted September 12, 2013 Share Posted September 12, 2013 I'm with you. I know the feeling of having lost credibility with family and friends over the diet dance. This will be my second whole 30. During the first, I really lost my taste for sugar, but during a ten day vacation I let everything slide. I don't want to lose too much ground, so I'm starting over.
