daveloper80 19
Found some hormone free, antibiotic free, sugar free, carragean free, caesin free, nitrate free deli turkey that seems to fit Whole 30. It explicitly states all of the above. The only thing in the ingredients list that is questionable is that it contains "less than 2% potato starch". Is it compliant? It's from "Mid-Atlantic Country Farms", I think its an east coast thing as the name suggests.
Moderators Tom Denham 10042 Posted September 12, 2013 Moderators Share Posted September 12, 2013 No. The potato starch spoils it for the Whole30. Dag nabit! They were doing so well. Why did they have to inject potato into meat?

Robin Strathdee 2914
Not much of a setback at all. Just freeze it or give it away - no need to restart
