18 Hour Hike

So, next Saturday I will be going on an 18 hour hike with my Crossfit gym. I've been paleo for about a year now and I've been living whole30 since February this year so my body is pretty good. I'm a 19 y/o female at about 140 lbs. I'm not sure how much food I should bring or what foods are easy to pack for that kind of thing and how do I go about eating while hiking! Any thoughts or tips would be super beneficial :)
