Duration of Reintro Phases

Are you supposed to eat the reintroduced items only on that day (1,4,7,10) to check for follow on effects, or to continue experimentation with the specified group after its reintroduction day? My wife and I are on Day 12, but planning ahead. Whole 30, BTW, is the first plan we've ever been able to de diligent on together, and we definitely see the positives.

Only eat the reintroduced foods on one day, watch the effects over a couple of days whilst being 100% compliant, then don't reintroduce that food again until all reintro's are completed :)

So good to hear you're doing this together - I know first hand how important support is in following any sort of nutrition plan!

The guidance is to reintro an item at all 3 meals on one day, then go back to 100% Whole30 compliance for 2 consecutive days to reset/wait for any ill-effects, and then reintro the next item, and so on.

EDIT: Whoops - Amber and I posted simultaneously - luckily we said essentially the same thing!  :)
