ArcheoGator 168
I looked at a few canned vegetables that I used to buy, just to have on hand. They have obvious advantages for storing. However, the carrots, tomatoes, okra, I found have calcium chloride. Is this something to stay away from?
GFChris 5983
Calcium chloride is fine on a Whole30.
ArcheoGator 168
Awesome. Now the jury will be out for what they put in can liners. But, canned comes in handy for in between grocery trips and camping. Thank you!
