Should I finish the 30 days?

So I'm not a quitter so I'm not going to quit halfway through the whole30 because I m sleeping better and feeling better and I really like the changes I've seen so far. However I'm worried that after the whole30 I will fail. It's hard, planning meals is hard. I feel like all I do now is think about food and what I'm going to make! Does this get easier?!?!?

If your looking to "have it all" after 30 days and then make no effort post W30 then there is no point in trying. But, this is about changing habits, attitudes, choices and priorities. It is a jumping off point to better health and you can do it. Find a few tweaks that will make it a little more streamlined. Like batch cooking for example, have one or two major cooking days for the whole week. Have a handful (written down) very quick "go-to " meals in a pinch, like compliant hotdogs or sausages you can keep in the freezer and not have to thaw before cooking. You can do this, you can do 30 days, you can change your habits and it will feel "normal" with time. And, btw, you can do this.

What do you mean by "failing"? Noone wants you to stick to a whole 30 forever - that's why it's only a whole 30, not a whole life!

You make your own choices - every choice comes with a sacrifice though. Do you choose health, time preparing nutritious food, feeling good etc over convenience foods that are likely to cause issues...or vice versa?

Personally I choose to eat for health nearly 100% of the time - I sacrifice time, money, and some social experiences to do this but I think the benefits far outweigh the sacrifice.

It does get easier - the more you do it, the more you feel good doing it (or when you feel bad from making not so good choices), the more it becomes what you do :)
