Laketon79
I just saw on my spices that they may contain traces of soy, wheat, and dairy!!! I have already done a whole30 with those spices, and I'm on day 20 of another one! Why did I never think to check those? How much impact do you think they could've had? I feel like my gut was healed from the last one since I don't have any gas anymore. But I never got my bloating down as much as I would've liked. The bloating is still an issue. Could that be the cause? I am SO disappointed.
Susan W
The way it's worded, I think it means the spices were processed where the other items were processed. They have to do that in case someone is truly allergic. What does the ingredients list say?
Laketon79
It doesn't have ingredients. All it says is: "Allergy warning: may contain traces of gluten, soy, and dairy.
Robin Strathdee
Yep - nothing to fear. That's a standard warning to cover their liability for folks who have food allergies
