CortneyT Posted September 18, 2013 Share Posted September 18, 2013 Good morning! Today we start Day 3 & we are starting off a bit exhausted. Neither 4 yr old nor 3 month old slept well which means Mommy & Daddy didn't rest well. Kiddos are sick so Mommy didn't get to go workout, which I think helps the energy tons!! So Dreams.... I had some crazy insane dreams all night!! I figure it was mainly due to not sleeping well but was a little curious if it was part of the Whole30 "side effects" if you will.
