Rowdyrunr
I am training for a 100K run and would like to hear from other ultrarunners your advice for fueling during the run. Is it possible to stay Whole30 compliant while running that distance? Right now I am on day 18 and still feeling very sluggish during workouts and am wondering what I need to do so I can ramp up my training and mileage. Bethany Lannon
Here is a thread from a question I had posted... Lots of good info, a few links, etc. I ended up not training for an ultra, but I have been training for a marathon, which is happening next Saturday. Currently post-W30, following 85-90% W30 guidelines with occasional off-roading. Keeping my diet as close to W30 as possible while still maintaining sanity during my taper, so I can perform my best in 9 days... http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/10227-any-ultrarunners/
Bethany Lannon
PS, the slump/sluggishness is normal. It should pass within the next week!!
