AG's Log (better late than never)

Have been struggling with feeling warm and abdominal cramps after eating.  This log is for me to keep track with what I'm putting in my body so I can try to figure out what's going on.

 

Day 15

 

Meal 1

3 eggs

spinach

small sweet potato

1 slice of bacon

coffee with coconut milk

2 grapes, 3 blueberries

 

Meal 2

zucchini latke (1 Egg, 2 cups of zucchini, 1 tbsp. of coconut flour, spices) I know - it's like a pancake and pancakes are no-nos but I needed a new way to get protein and vegetables in

spinach salad with 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 avocado, 1 tsp almonds, home-made blueberry vinaigrette

 

feeling warm about 10 minutes after eating

 

Meal 3

steak

small sweet potato

broccoli

 

felt good after eating
