This log is for me to keep track with what I'm putting in my body so I can try to figure out what's going on. Day 15 Meal 1 3 eggs spinach small sweet potato 1 slice of bacon coffee with coconut milk 2 grapes, 3 blueberries Meal 2 zucchini latke (1 Egg, 2 cups of zucchini, 1 tbsp. of coconut flour, spices) I know - it's like a pancake and pancakes are no-nos but I needed a new way to get protein and vegetables in spinach salad with 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 avocado, 1 tsp almonds, home-made blueberry vinaigrette feeling warm about 10 minutes after eating Meal 3 steak small sweet potato broccoli felt good after eating Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
