black coffee and blood sugar...

Okay, I hate to admit it but black coffee spikes my blood sugar. With just enough fat in it ( ie 1/2 and 1/2, heavy cream, mct oil, ghee, etc.) the effects can easily be overlooked, missed, or ignored. But the reality is it puts me on that sugar rollercoaster. So out it goes for the rest of my 30 days. Anyone else experience this in the process? I'm going to substitute with hot lemon water with mint or mct oil. Anyone have any other suggestions?
