picklesandmeat Posted September 20, 2013 Share Posted September 20, 2013 I think it gets easier as the week progresses and you end up with leftovers in the fridge good job on day 1! I'm on 18, it's been good but interesting. Good job on the run, make sure to get in your pre and post workout snacks, my workout energy dropped for a week or so. Just a warning!
