raeviola Posted September 22, 2013 Share Posted September 22, 2013 Ok so... question. I'm on day 16. I feel zero effects so far, either good or bad. Like... I feel exactly the same as before I started. No cravings, it hasn't been difficult, sleep is exactly the same, skin is the same, energy is the same. I'm not feeling ANY change from my pre-whole30 days. (I'm young and naturally energetic and didn't have any real "complaints" before, I guess... I was just expecting to see SOME difference in how I look or feel, for good or for bad... And I did NOT eat very well before... think diet coke and brownie for lunch...). Any thoughts? Just keep swimming and wait and see by day 30? I'm just curious why, after such a drastic nutrition change, I don't feel... anything. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
GFChris Posted September 22, 2013 Share Posted September 22, 2013 You've just passed the halfway mark, so it's a bit early to be seeing results. It sounds like, in many ways, you were starting from a good baseline, so maybe any changes that would happen for you won't be as noticeable as others have experienced.
