Becca_80 Posted September 23, 2013 Share Posted September 23, 2013 Hello everyone, I'm Rebecca. I live it the NW. I just moved here a year ago. I was brought on to W30 by one of my co-workers. She is on day 7 of the program and doing really well. I'm on day 2. I started 9-22-13. I'm pretty pumped. Yesterday I woke up, took measurements and weight. I even took before pics. I stocked my fridge full of fresh food and took out all the junk. My daughter and mother were not happy with me btw. Oh well, I feel the whole family can benefit from the program. I prepared my fridge with fruit and vegies. I also made a ranch dressing that I found on Pinterest. I am hoping to get as much as I can out of this next 30 days. I am looking forward to the improvements like sleeping better. I'm hoping that it clears up my skin and yes, loose a little weight. I have been working out for such a long time but I know that exercise is a small part of losing weight. It's the food that makes a much bigger impact. With this combined with my current workout.
