Whole30 Adventure

Hi all,


So I started my Whole30 adventure on Monday and damn it's rough. I'm like...lusting at some foods. However, I seem to have already regained some energy back. And adjusted to coffee and coconut milk. I'm just afraid of things sneaking in (like the sauces used in my favorite Korean restaurant that I'll be attending with my sister soon). I want to commit but I don't want to screw up by accident.


I have a lot more to type but first I must find a breakfast casserole!
