Im starting today on my Whole 30. Anyone else starting today I would love to help support! I have always been a fairly healthy eater, but have had alot of trouble with sugar cravings and binge meals. I would do great for two days than completely come off the wagon the the third day! Anyway i am excited to get my body feeling whole and complete! I also have about 25lbs i would like to lose! Any support and advice is welcome! Thank you!
