Planning Meals Around Exercise

Hi Guys! I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm really confused about how to eat my meals around working out. Usually I eat breakfast at 8, lunch between 12-1, and dinner at 7. The only way I've been able to figure out how to work out is to work out early in the morning eating a PreWO snack and a PWO, then an hour or two later have breakfast. But I'm going to start Crossfit and the class I'd be taking is at 10 and 1pm. How do I have the pre and post snacks with that time frame. If I eat breakfast at 8 do I have a my prewo at 945? Or do I just go in without a snack and just have a post wo snack?

I think the post WO snack is most important.  You should probably try and at least eat some protein immediately after working out (I eat beef jerky in the car on my way home) as it is important for recovery.   It may take some experimenting so see whether you need the pre WO snack or not.  My guess is if you eat breakfast at 8 you wont need to eat prior to working out.
