What is considered "in my diet"? Reintro help.

I've been researching and contemplating my reintro schedule and items for next week (currently on day 24 of my first w30). How often would you think I'd have to eat an item to consider it part of my usual diet? I like soy sauce with my sushi but that's about it for soy. I eat sushi 2-3x a month (and have decided against rice, I don't enjoy it so I'm not even eating something saturated in soy). Is this something that is considered part of my diet and needs it's own introduction? I have hormonal issues (pcos) and don't plan on soy for any other reason or in any other situation - I use coconut aminos at home for all other needs.

Thanks for your help!

If you're eating soy 2-3 times a month and only with sushi, you could just see how you feel the next time after you have sushi with soy sauce.  To test appropriately, you'd want the rest of your day to be Whole30 compliant.

The purpose of the reintro is to see how the eliminated foods make you feel, should you want to have them in your diet again.
