I am always tired after lunch time.

In the morning I drink a cup of coffee with coconut water in it.  Then, around 10:00 am I have eggs, bacon or some kind of meat and a small fruit.  Around 1:00 pm I have some kind of fish, chicken or meat with a non starchy veggie and a small fruit.  I eat all day with small meals.  I exercise 4 days a week with plenty of calorie intake.  Why am I so tired in the afternoons?  What am I lacking?  I got around 7 to 8 hours of sleep.

Hi Rachel

Do you have a copy of the meal template?

http://whole9life.com/book/ISWF-Meal-Planning-Template.pdf

You should be having, typically, 3 meals a day with the first within an hour of waking. A coffee with coconut water isn't going to provide your body with anything to help "break the fast". The meals should fit the template and include protein, vegetables and fat.

If you are exercising, you should also have pre/postWO food, which is also outlined on the template - fat/protein preWO, lean protein and starchy vegies postWO.

The meals you mention don't sound like they fit the template, and it sounds like you graze with frequent small meals. Including starchy vegies and plenty of fat may help with energy. Staying sufficiently hydrated will also help.

(On a side note, is your coconut water and bacon compliant? Many contain added sugar and other nasties..)
