Can't remember the weight but the brand is bob's red mill from my grocery store and its like $11. I don't use it for much, just breading or binding for meatballs etc but it's so expensive. Wondering if I can make it a little cheaper by buying it in bulk from somewhere. Would Sam's club have either? I'm not a member yet. Where do you guys buy it and how much do you typically pay? We don't have a Trader Joe's or Whole Foods where I'm at, and those stupid Red Mill's are sooo expensive. But I found a local store that sells every powdered ingredient and herb you can think of in bulk for really cheap. 3.99 for a pound isn't bad though if you do have a Trader Joe's.
