jlcouncil
I know eggs count as a protein source-but do they also cover the fat content needed for breakfast, or do I need to add coconut oil or nuts?
Susan W
All proteins have fat. Eggs have very little really..at least compared to the big rib eye sitting on my counter. I would cook them in a thumb sized amount of ghee and if most of the fat stays in the pan, add some avocado.
GFChris
You could also add ghee, clarified butter, or olives. Do you have a copy of the meal template? It outlines how to structure each meal, including identifying all your fat options/serving sizes. http://whole9life.com/book/ISWF-Meal-Planning-Template.pdf
