Results are coming!

If you feel like you aren't getting enough results, they will come! I'm at day 21 of my Whole60. I haven't exercised as much as I'd like for the past few years. However, every Saturday and Sunday morning for the last couple of years I take a sweat cycle class (indoor cycling in a room heated to 85 degrees). It's intense. It's hot. It gets hotter after we all start sweating and the room gets steamy like a sauna. I usually feel like toast for quite a while after class.


My teacher has seemed much tougher lately because many of her teacher trainees are in my class. Even with that, the last two days I've noticed that after I have a meal and rehydrate, I'm fine. I have energy. I can do laundry and other stuff. It's amazing.
