sethb01 26
Not to be to graphic, but I have suffered serious difficulty "moving things along" and have had a constant sharp pain and a large amount of bloating and I am starting day 10 today. Has anyone else experienced this? I had already been taking Natural Calm, and had worked up to the full dose. But now, it isn't even helping.
amberino21 1760
Digestive issues and bloating are quite normal after a week on your whole 30 - could you give a few days worth of food though? Perhaps we could pinpoint some areas that could be changed/improved to help things get moving!
Robin Strathdee 2914
Also, are there any underlying medical issues that might be a factor? Was this kind of constipation an issue before Whole30?
Anita 58
I'm on day 44 of a Whole60 and having issues as well. I have started on the magnesium and am eating really clean. This started for me about 1 1/2 weeks ago. I know I had some extra work stress at that time, coupled with not enough water for just a couple of days. While I'm having movement now, I'm not back to where I was on, say, Day 25 or so. I'm confused. I'm eating organic. Plenty of vegetables. Fruit 1-2 times per day. I don't think I'm eating excessive protein. Totally compliant. It's starting to make me a little sad.
Zoodles 224
Sweet potatoes with skin. Every day. I had the same problems until someone else on this forum suggested the sweet potato skin thing.... it really works
Anita 58
Really, eat the skin? I had no idea. I'll try it.
