Amazing Grass Green SuperFood

Recommended Posts

I just started my Whole 30 and would like to know if the Amazing Grass Green SuperFood is compliant.

Amazon Link & Direct Product Link

The superfood has been a supplement to my diet for a couple weeks. I've never considered it as a meal replacement, and would love to keep mixing it with my coconut milk in the mornings... assuming it has the green light. :)

Thanks in advance!

No.

Two reasons: 1) This is not real food. It is a food product. We want you eating real food. 2) This contains oats. All grains are banned during a Whole30.

In all likelihood, something is not okay in the mixture of cocoas in the mix too. Or the "natural chocolate flavoring" that is in addition to organic cacao.
