map_backwards
I just started my Whole 30 and would like to know if the Amazing Grass Green SuperFood is compliant. Moderators Tom Denham Posted October 1, 2013 Moderators Share Posted October 1, 2013 No. Two reasons: 1) This is not real food. It is a food product. We want you eating real food. 2) This contains oats. All grains are banned during a Whole30. In all likelihood, something is not okay in the mixture of cocoas in the mix too. Or the "natural chocolate flavoring" that is in addition to organic cacao.
