Well, considering that my first day on program coincided with my long and busy day at work, I think I managed to do ok...

Breakfast: black coffee with a pie slice of frittata made with grilled onions, red pepper, mushrooms, and eggs of course :)

Lunch: baked sweet potato with butter, strawberries and raspberries with sunflower seed butter

Dinner: bowl of stew made with cabbage, onion, carrots, tomatoes, garlic, beef, and homemade beef bone broth.

Water and Tazo sweet orange tea throughout the day.

I welcome your feedback!

Is you tea compliant? "Sweet orange" sounds like sweetener is involved!

Also make sure your meals fit the template -

Did you breakfast have enough protein, vegetables (I aim for 2-3 cups) and fat? A serve of eggs is as many as you can hold - that's likely 3-4!

You had no protein with lunch, and was your butter clarified? Again, aim for 2-3 cups of vegies and try not to let fruit push vegies off the plate.
