Big slip up?

Hi guys,

 

I am on day 3 of my whole30, and I just realised that I've had non-compliant food twice by mistake already. The first was when I cooked with some bacon fat rendered from bacon with some added sugar. And the second was a bite of salmon that had been marinated in honey. Does this mean starting again? I know I have only completed 3 days but ideally I'd want to avoid re-starting the programme. All advice much appreciated!
