Nivi
Hi guys, I am on day 3 of my whole30, and I just realised that I've had non-compliant food twice by mistake already. The first was when I cooked with some bacon fat rendered from bacon with some added sugar. And the second was a bite of salmon that had been marinated in honey. Does this mean starting again? I know I have only completed 3 days but ideally I'd want to avoid re-starting the programme. All advice much appreciated! Nivi
GFChris
Keep going, but don't reintroduce sugar or sweeteners for 30 days, so you'll have 30 consecutive sugar-free days.
