Bytor97 Posted October 11, 2013 Share Posted October 11, 2013 On day 14. Just coming off of 2 1/2 days of some pretty bad flu symptoms. I don't seem to find fever cited as being a carb flu symptom and I had a fairly intense dose of that. Is it possible I went through a carb flu spell or was it more likely a "regular" flu spell, given the feverish period? My diet was extremely poor prior to this and I am 44 years old. Guest Andria Posted October 11, 2013 Share Posted October 11, 2013 It's likely that you are coming off a real illness flu or otherwise. "Carb flu" is not a real illness so you would not have a fever. It does describe some other symptoms similar to the flu like fatigue, headaches, when transitioning from a higher carb diet. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
