I decided to do this because I've been having a lot of stomach issues that seemed to be getting worst. I just want to find the perfect balance and get rid of the famous sugar addiction. Is that ok to have a serving of fruit after dinner once in a while? FYI am a fitness instructor, runner and triathlete, so I exercise at least two hours a day. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
