Whole30 Week one down.

My name is Mary, and I have a week of Whole30 in the bag. I am a long distance athlete (Ironman events) and as I am in my offseason I began this challenge last month, then started over because I just wasn't committed.


Through the past week I have found the "weak" time for me are 2-4 in the afternoon.


I have found that a few hours of preparation on Sunday last week were absolutley critical to my success in the week.


I realized how much mindless eating I do.


While I was a pretty healthy eater, my reliance on grains and especially sport drinks and gels was obscene. I feel less puffy and very energetically stable.


Here is to week two!
