Freundther
Hi ladies, finishing day 17 today. Found out I am miscarrying. I am only 4 weeks so I don't know how long this will take to complete. I am wondering if I should just stay strong and continue? Also wondering if the miscarriage is not complete by day 30 would it be best for me to continue so to not disrupt the process? Thanks for your help Link to comment
Carrots&Blueberries
I don't know the answer except that probably whatever feels nurturing to you is best. (If you stick with the W30, and that feels like a way to care for yourself and give yourself a sense of structure and continuity right now, great. And if not, you can always come back to it when you're ready.) Mostly I wanted to send a hug..... Link to comment

Rainfall
Hugs Sticking to the plan or at least to paleo may give structure and help support your mood during this period. Link to comment

Noelle
I'm so sorry. I agree with C&B above—I would do whatever feels most nurturing to you. When I miscarried, there were a few comfort foods that felt especially comforting, and I ate those freely. I will say that good nutrition overall (whether in the context of a Whole30 or not) will support your body and your hormones, and help you get back to "normal" sooner. Link to comment
Robin Strathdee
Hugs here too. Great advice above. Whole30 will always be here - if you need something else right now to get your emotional balance back, you should absolutely do that. Link to comment

KellyF
I am very sorry for your loss. I agree with the others -do what you feel is best for you. Eating healthy may help your body heal and allow you to support your emotions. On the other hand, you may find it taxing emotionally. You know yourself best. Again, I am so sorry. Link to comment
