Started my first whole 30 yesterday and I'm really excited about it...although I definitely hit the "hangover" phase today that the timeline so accurately describes! Anyways I would love to have a buddy if anyone else started on the 17th as well. If not I'll jump on with a group that started near the same time. Thanks!! I have definitely gone through the hangover and the hate everything stages. Yesterday was a rough day bc I just didn't want to eat ANYTHING and I had to force down breakfast and lunch, but I'm better mentally today...just tired!! How are you doing today?
