SharynF Posted October 20, 2013 Share Posted October 20, 2013 I am on Day 42 with about another 70lbs to lose and I am tempted by Whole 180. But I don't want to set that future date in my head. I just want to carry on eating like this for as long as I can. That may mean a diversion earlier, or maybe even later, than 180 days.
