rollo 100 Posted October 20, 2013 Share Posted October 20, 2013 i realized this weekend that i pretty much eat the same vegetables: mainly bok choy and red / yellow bell peppers often w/ celery and/or carrots occasionally cabbage i get filled up. but i'm wondering if i'm doing myself a health disservice (versus a flavor disservice cuz i've been content with the veggies i've been eating) am i making a mistake? thx Rollo Link to post Share on other sites
