Sam
I completed whole45, went completely in the gutter for 14 days now I am back full force. Love the way I feel when I've got it all together. Lost some weight so naturally dressed better and started wearing my heels again. The problem is my feet are smaller and I can't wear my shoes. They flop off. These are pre-pregnancy shoes. I didn't wear them while pg so they didn't get stretched, and I feel like all my shoes were tight post pregnancy. Has anyone else experienced change in feet? My baby is 2 now and I lost about 8 pounds. Guess I have to go shopping! Link to comment
amberino21
Your feet may get smaller when you lose weight - most likely narrower as there's less weight pushing down forcing the flesh out... I used to be a European 40/41, now I'm a 38! Link to comment
Roz Griffiths
My feet went up a size during pregnancy (my kids are 13 months apart, so i was pregnant for a while!) & are only just starting to go back down again. The li'l darlings are 6 & nearly 5 Link to comment
Elizabeth!
Come to think of it, I have been buying size 8.5 for a few years now, I use to buy 8. I bought a new pair of boots this weekend, and I went with the 8 this time. I thought it was just the shoe, maybe not. I'll have to go try on more shoes now Link to comment
