Started on October 19th

I'm on day 3 and feeling great!  Day 1 was miserable, since all my plans went out the window.  I stuck to the plan, even if I did undereat for the day.  Day 2 was spent cooking tons of food for the week.  Day 3 back to work, with lots of yummy food.  So far so good!  I'm really glad I came across this site and the tons of support and guidance that are available.
