1700 calories is nowhere near enough for a man with your level of activity.  Not even close.  You are starving your body, my dear!  Do you think that is a typical day for you or just your 'rest day' intake?  


Your body might be fighting back.




I hope you beat these blues.  They can be tough.  I've been trying to get as much sun exposure as I can despite the frigid weather.  That typically means sitting my windows but it is what it is!
