Do you think that is a typical day for you or just your 'rest day' intake? Your body might be fighting back. Eat. I hope you beat these blues. They can be tough. I've been trying to get as much sun exposure as I can despite the frigid weather. That typically means sitting my windows but it is what it is! I think it is awesome you were able to have a couple of tries of popcorn and then leave it alone. I'm a bit worried about where we are going to end up for lunch...
