scrapstitching Posted October 24, 2013 Share Posted October 24, 2013 I spent a good amount of time yesterday doing an inventory of sorts of the freezer and cabinets. I have meals planned through Sunday, all W30 compliant. It just seems to make sense to sit down and go over what you have that needs to be eaten before it's beyond hope and get your money's worth from your foods. Lizitea Posted October 24, 2013 Share Posted October 24, 2013 Yes before I do a shop I look in the fridge and freezer and tidy it up......and I always have a list going to the grocery store.....and I always have a list of things that needs cooking and eating.
