Day 3 Hangover

I am not going to lie, when I started the Whole 30 I didn't think I would experience many of the 'side effects'. 


I already avoided dairy a lot, I have been gluten-free for over a year and a half, and I had cut sugar out completely back in January for 6 weeks, and avoided it pretty well up until the end of summer (then I started letting it creep back into my diet).


So yesterday on day 2, I figured I'd be skipping the hangover. 



I actually feel like I partied hard last night. I am tired, hazy and have a killer headache! Not to mention my seasonal allergies are on fire (my terrible allergies are a big reason why I'm doing this). 


At least I know it's working :)
