RE-intro alcohol ?? bloating and gas?

I finished my Whole30 Oct 15.  I have since only introduced some red wine and some vanilla flavored coconut creamer.   My wine consumption is very little really.. maybe 4-5 oz 3-4 times a week.  What I am struggling with is bloating and gas.  Can alcohol be causing this?? or the creamer?  I can't get in my head that such a small amount can bring this on??  

 

Anyone out there have this issue?

One way to know for sure is to reintroduce each one at a time.

Maybe go back to eating 100% Whole30 for 2-3 days, then reintro your creamer.  Have it in your coffee for 1-2 days, then return to Whole30 for 2-3 days to see if you notice any bloat or gas. Then reintro alcohol for a couple days, then go back to 100% Whole30 for 2 days. See if you bloat or have gas in either case.
