snugglebunny
Hey everyone, I'm new here! I gave birth to my second child (a baby girl) October 17th. I worked out throughout my pregnancy, including walking a half marathon at 26 weeks, and managed to only gain 9 pounds. 9 days postpartum and I'm already down 12 pounds! I'm 5'3" and currently weigh 152 pounds. My ideal weight is 125. I'm not cleared for exercise (have to wait until 6 weeks postpartum) but I wanted to start with cleaning up my diet! The whole30 sounds like the perfect plan for me as I'm breastfeeding. Any other breastfeeding moms out there?
amberino21
Hi snuggle bunny! Congrats on your new arrival Eating lots of good food will definitely help nourish you and your little girl while she's nursing - I'd encourage you to eat 4-5 meals a day and really stick to the template for all of these meals. 8159gettinghealthier
Congrats! I started on the 28th as well. Although not breastfeeding, we've been trying for a couple months now to get pregnant. Best wishes to you and your family!
