amysue7 13
I played hostess this weekend for a small gathering of relatives at my home. I've only been on the program for 7 days so this was difficult for me. It was quite tempting making a cheese ball, brownies and corn bread. But I was determined to have some hearty paleo options. I made chili and found these two recipes that were very easy to make. Sausage stuffed mushrooms http://nourishpaleofoods.com/2012/12/23/sausage-stuffed-mushrooms/ Damn fine chicken http://nomnompaleo.com/post/4207543396/damn-fine-chicken Enjoy! Colleen Roy 407
Prosciutto wrapped peaches are easy and elegant....obviously better in peach season, but if you can find them try it! I always do an antipasto platter with compliant meats and fresh veggies and olives. I will include really, really good cheese if I am not doing a whole30.
