Understand Reintroduction

Tomorrow is my Day30! As I look forward to reintroducing, I just want to make sure I'm not missing a category. Here's what I have knowledge of introducing: 


Day One: Dairy
Day Four: Gluten Containing Grains
Day Seven: Non Gluten Containing Grains
Day Ten: Legumes


Am I missing anything?

That's fine. You only need to reintro what you're either curious about or want to eat again. On the reintro days, eat the food group in question at each meal. On the in between days, eat 100% Whole30.


Once you reintro a food group, don't eat from that food group again until you complete your reintros.
