I can't stand coffee. I know when you eat clean you will have more natural energy but when doing intense exercise I was just wondering if there are any caffeine options or anything else (other then black coffee? Physibeth Posted October 29, 2013 Share Posted October 29, 2013 That pretty much exhausts my knowledge of caffeine options that are OK on a W30. Eat a good pre-workout snack of protein and fat and get lots of sleep. That should give you all the energy you need. I'm a coffee drinker and notice a difference when I do and don't have it before a morning workout but I think that is more because it is what I'm used to than actually needing it.
