dannix74
Ive been trying to start my second round of Whole30. The first I did was excellent had no problems keeping it but now i seem to be in difficulty, im fine first few days and then im not. Help anyone? Any tips? Is this normal? and also wanted to ask is this a diet that is healthy for people who suffer from Hashimotos and to keep as a way of life? xxx
dstancil
Hi! I'm also starting my second round of Whole30 today. I made I through the first time an then gave in to all of my cravings just like you are not supposed to do! But feel like I'm more dedicated now because I know how good I can feel and want to have that again (I have rheumatoid arthritis). This time I have a friend doing the program with me for motivation and support so I would suggest trying to find someone who can share the experience with you. dannix74
thanks for the reply. Yes ive started today and im determined to keep it. ive realised what was going wrong. i was setting off my sugar dragon by eating too many dried fruits and nuts. and i plan to eating three meals a day without snacks that way i can be more disciplined. Truthfully ive never felt better, this Whole30 is amazing..the best plan ever. I have hashimotos so it should help with that too. I started today 2nd November. HanDenton
Hi there, I'm exactly the same! I did round one no problems at all, went off plan and hated it so got back on. I've slipped and restarted three times now. I get so frustrated with myself because I know once I pass day seven I feel great but still day four I give in and bake. Maybe I need to physically hibernate for a week, ha. Good luck, I'll follow your progress. Today is day four for me so I'm super conscious and hopefully I get through!
