juli-soares
Hello, everyone! I'm doing whole30 from Brazil and, so far, I really enjoy it! I'm on day 3 and I have a really important exam on November26. I'm really worried about not eating correctly and feeling lightheaded and unfocused. That's the most important test this year and if I fail it, I might not even graduate or get my degree this December! Are there any specific foods I should eat to make sure I won't be tired and ready to face two weeks of intensive studying? Link to comment
amberino21
I feel less tired and more switched on eating in the whole 30 way than I felt previously. I also don't have the energy slumps I used to have. Make sure you're eating 3 good template meals a day with plenty of fats, and remember to include starchy vegie carbs. Link to comment
vkanders
I personally find that getting in some starchy carbs on a regular basis - not a huge dose, maybe just 1/3 to 1/2 cup of squash with each meal to go with the other veggies - helps me focus at work. Could be worth a try. Link to comment
