Laura Jeanne Penrod
My husband is having a hard time giving up his snacks. Any ideas for Whole 30 approved snacks that are portable and easy, besides eggs. He normally has apple and almond butter, but I'm trying to get him to eat a but less fruit. Any ideas are appreciated. Adagio
Kale chips, and/or veggies. Snacking on nuts and fruit may be an iffy thing to do for some, causing cravings.
Laura Jeanne Penrod
He doesn't seem to have sugar cravings like me. I haven't craved sugar though since I've been eating this way. He's not a seaweed person so I don't think he'll like sea snax but I would. . Is the sunshine sauce in ISWF?
Ann
Colleen -- (In Oregon) I have found Sea Snax at Market of Choice (in the snack aisle, near the beef jerky) and at Whole Foods (in the ethnic aisle near the nori/seaweed, on the very bottom shelf). Here's a link to the company website listing places where you can get it: http://www.seasnax.com/Where-to-Buy_ep_45.html
