feistisnice78
My CSA gives me tons of kale and big tubs of persimmon pulp. I make kale chips with just salt and olive oil, I know chips are not recommended, but there is only so much kale salad a person can take. Also, is persimmon pulp okay? I love it just straight, its a nice gooey consistency and not too sweet, and I guess this is technically a fruit?
Roz Griffiths
Both would be fine as part of a meal

GFChris
Are the store brought kale chips okay? You would need to check the ingredients to be sure they're compliant, and have them as part of a meal. Or make your own: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/melissa-darabian/crispy-kale-chips-recipe/index.html
