Persimmon pulp and kale chips

My CSA gives me tons of kale and big tubs of persimmon pulp. I make kale chips with just salt and olive oil, I know chips are not recommended, but there is only so much kale salad a person can take.


Also, is persimmon pulp okay? I love it just straight, its a nice gooey consistency and not too sweet, and I guess this is technically a fruit?
