Miksumer Posted November 11, 2013 Share Posted November 11, 2013 So this is my third Whole30...I do one a year just to reset and and clean up old habits that come creeping in. Anyway it's day 10 and I was feeling a blah about my food choices to date, the time available in my day for health and well being and you know just one of those days...anyway I prepared my food for the week and was pleasantly surprised when I added pomegranate to my whipped sweet potatoes that I baked in the oven then added coconut oil; green onions; and a dash of cinnamon. So simple yet beautiful and delicious! Oh the connection to Christmas....the colour of the pomegranate and onions...every meal is all about the colour, isn't it?!!!
